Your DIALLER alarm is monitored via your PSTN telephone line.When activated your alarm sends signals to a Security companies control room.

2. What happens if I go away on vacations?

You can provide us with temprary additional contact list or for a small fee Best can arrange for Patrol guard to attend any alarm activation.

3. I already have an alarm system can i still use your service?

Yes. All you have to do is Call Best Alarm on 1300 366 266 and we will arrange for our alarm technician to come over to your premises to program your existing alarm system to our Central Monitoring Centre.

4. How do I change contact numbers for alarm notifications?

Via a email, Fax or you can call us on 1300 366 266.
